Named one of the most beautiful people on planet earth, movie star Halle Berry has been a fixture on the red carpet for over 20 years.  Let’s take a look at some of her favorite red carpet moments.

In 1992, she wore this red sheer gown that had a short train to the 24th annual NAACP Image Awards in Los Angeles, California.

A history-making night calls for an iconic gown!  In 2002, Halle Berry made history by becoming the first-ever African American woman to win the Best Actress Oscar at the Academy Awards for the film, Monster’s Ball.  For this momentous occasion, Halle wore a then relatively unknown designer, Elie Saab to the award show.  The gorgeous floral applique burgundy and sheer embellished haute couture gown instantly turned Halle Berry into a red carpet star.  That night Halle went home with the best accessory ever, a golden statue named Oscar!

In 2013, Halle attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party wearing an 80s inspired black and silver metallic Versace gown.  The dress featured bold stripes and a structured shoulder.  Though the dress was long-sleeved, it still brought the sex appeal with a deep v neckline.  Halle rocked her signature pixie haircut that was right on trend for this throwback look.

For the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Halle opted for a more edgy look. This micro-mini Zuhair Murad number is the quintessential party dress.  Featuring all-over beading, a very low cut neckline, and a thigh-high slit, this dress perfectly showcased Halle’s fit frame.  Halle completed the look with long straight hair, Loriblu velvet heels, and Mattia Cielo and Roberto Coin jewelry.

One of our beloved red carpet looks has to be the burgundy Zuhair Murad gown she wore to the 2019 Golden Globes. The sexy gown had so many sheer layers. She’s making it all too easy for us to be completely envious of her, but the truth is, she’s rather wonderful.

We are always so happy to see Halle Berry on the red carpet and excited for her next iconic-style moment.
